Engage

One call. One short form. One email address.

This is the only sales page on the site. There is no “request a quote.” There is one call. There is one email address for everything that is not the call.

With the team. No slides. No pitch. If you arrive expecting a deck, there will not be one.

How an engagement starts

Four steps, in order.

  1. 01

    You book a 30-minute call.

It is with the team. The agenda is for you to describe what you're trying to build and for us to figure out whether the method matches the problem.

  2. 02

If the match is plausible, we exchange a short written frame.

A one-page document you write, two paragraphs we write back. No NDAs at this stage; nothing in the frame is proprietary.

  3. 03

If both sides still think it makes sense, we propose Framework.

Scope agreed before start. At the end of Framework, either side can walk with no further commitment.

  4. 04

If Framework lands the decision, we propose MVP.

And so on. There is no “discovery period” hidden inside a long sales cycle. The Framework engagement is the discovery period. It is also the first piece of paid work.

What the call is not

It is not a pitch. There will be no slides.

If you arrive expecting a deck, there will not be one. Thirty minutes is enough to figure out whether the method matches the problem. It is not enough for a sales theatre, and we don't run one.

Not ready for the calendar?

Start the conversation in writing.

A short form, three questions. It goes to a human, not a CRM. If a call makes sense from there, we will say so.

Replies come from a human, usually within one working day.

For everything that isn't the call

Write to a human.

Press, speaking, partnerships, hiring, or founders who aren't ready for the calendar yet, write to hello@codeswop.com. Replies come from a human, usually within one working day.
