A small team that focusses on what matters

Regardt Nel and Dean Harber founded Codeswop in 2016 for two very practical reasons: they had bills to pay, but mostly, they shared a genuine passion for solving complex problems and building software that actually works.

A decade of shipping later, the systems they manage have grown in scale, but their drive has only sharpened. By constantly learning, refactoring, and actively pushing to improve their own engineering standards, they ensure Codeswop remains focused on what matters.
